Please pre-book your treatment within ten days of your preferred date. Please quote your voucher number printed on this same voucher at the time of making your reservation.

Should you wish to allow time for a spa lunch within your experiences please advise us at the time of booking.

We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment and allow additional time to make full use of the spa facilties following your treatment.

Preparation
You are advised to wear a bathing costume to ensure your personal comfort throughout the treatment. Robes and towels will be provided.

CancellationS/No ATTENTANDCE
Please allow a min. of 24hrs for cancellations.

Exchange
Spa experiences & promotional packages cannot be exchanged at other locations.

Our team members will be happy to assist you with any special requests you might have such as taxi service, flower arrangements or any ideas you might have for special occasions.
